Spectrum News 1 in Charlotte reports that a national non-profit called Safe Toddles has created belt canes. Belt canes help blind toddlers navigate their world. Joining us to talk about the belt canes will be Safe Toddles President and CEO Dr. Grace Ambrose-Zaken and mom June Allison. June is the mother of her visually impaired son, Caeden, who uses the special belt cane.
